Because we have multi-trade capability in-house, we can do far more of the work ourselves — tiling, plumbing coordination, electrics, joinery, plastering. That means fewer separate contractors, less waiting around, and better-quality joins between trades.

Design discussion

We come and look at the room, discuss what you want, take measurements and talk through what's possible in the space.

Specification & quote

You decide on units, tiles and fittings (we can recommend suppliers). We provide a clear written quote covering all labour and materials we're supplying.

Strip-out & prep

We remove the old room, deal with any unexpected issues (it's old houses — they happen), and prep the space.

Fit-out & finish

Units, tiling, plumbing, electrics, joinery — all coordinated efficiently. We aim to minimise the days you're without a working kitchen or bathroom.

Frequently asked

How long is the kitchen out of action?

For a typical kitchen, you're without a working kitchen for around 2-3 weeks. We do everything we can to minimise that disruption.

Do you supply the units or do I?

Either works — many clients prefer to choose their own from Howdens, B&Q, Wickes or a designer kitchen company, and we install them. We can also recommend trusted suppliers if you'd prefer us to handle everything.

Can you do bespoke joinery?

Yes — Tom has a fully equipped workshop with router and CNC capability for custom panels, splashbacks, and fitted features.

Do you work weekends?

We're flexible — for larger jobs we typically work Monday-Saturday. We'll agree the schedule with you upfront.

Do you handle Building Regs for bathroom electrics?

Yes — all electrical work is Part P compliant and certified. We coordinate with qualified electricians and provide the certification.
