How long does a typical extension take?
A single-storey rear extension usually takes 8-12 weeks from break-ground to handover. Double-storey extensions take 12-16 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.
Do I need planning permission?
Many extensions fall under "permitted development" and don't need formal planning permission. We help you understand which category yours falls into, and handle the application if needed.
Can I stay in the property during the work?
For most extensions, yes — we keep the disruption to your living space to a minimum and seal off the work area. For whole-home renovations, it depends on scale; we'll discuss this honestly at the quote stage.
Do you handle the architect and structural engineer?
Yes — we work with trusted local professionals and coordinate everything on your behalf. You only deal with us.
